This walk starts from Earl Sterndale where there is usually parking available on the road.
Sadly the Quiet Woman pub has closed down but the walk starts going through the car park and down by the side of the pub through a few gates and out into the countryside.
The two hills Chrome and Parkhouse are quite steep but the views from both are worth it.
These hills featured recently in the last episode of BBCs Peaky Blinders which they also did some filming on the road leading to our farm http://www.anroachfarm.co.uk
A great round walk that brings you back through Hollinscough (where you could also start this walk from). From Hollinsclough you go towards Longnor and if you wanted to could pop in the Chesire Cheese Inn for a pint and a packet of crisps.
From here its back into the fields and then onto the road which takes you through Glutton Bridge and then back aross the fields to where you started.
