A shorter walk this time around, starting off at Tissington, there is free parking opposite Tissington Hall but I parked in the Pay and Display as I knew I was going to be longer than the two hours allowed in the free parking. This is because the walk takes me through one of my favourite villages to photograph. – Parwich.
This walk starts on the Tissington Trial for a while then cut up and over it into the fields where it then climbs up through the fields then back down into Parwich.
I first came across Parwich when I was doing some photography work at Callow Hall Hotel in Ashbourne. Just of the A515 it is a quiet little village and in my opinion one of the prettiest in the Peak District.
I spent some time wandering around and taking photos then out of the village out into the surrounding fields then cutting across to pick the Tissington Trail back up which then heads back towards Tissington.
A nice short leisurely walk.
